Iran's Supreme Leader Meets with Hamas Leader

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei met with Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, this evening in Tehran, where they discussed the situation in the Gaza Strip, according to the Iranian Fars news agency.

“During the meeting, Haniyeh presented the latest events in Gaza and the crimes of the Zionist regime. Praising the resilience of the people of Gaza and condemning Israel's crimes, Khamenei emphasized the necessity for serious actions by Muslim countries and international organizations, as well as comprehensive support for the Palestinian people by the governments of Muslim states,” the report stated.
