Woman Runs on Runway at Airport, Disrupts Flight

An Australian Qantas flight was forced to cancel after a woman ran onto the runway in front of the aircraft. This incident was reported by Yahoo News.

The event occurred at Canberra Airport, where the woman opened an emergency exit and dashed onto the runway wearing only slippers and clutching her phone. The pilots of the aircraft preparing for takeoff spotted her.

According to eyewitnesses, the passenger had missed her flight and hoped to board the plane by this means. The Australian was apprehended and arrested.
