Death Toll from Escalation on the West Bank of the Jordan River Exceeds 100

Since the escalation of the Palestine-Israel conflict, the number of fatalities in the West Bank has surpassed 100, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.

“Since October 7, there have been one hundred and three deaths in the West Bank, including two fatalities in Israeli occupation prisons,” the ministry stated. Earlier reports indicated 95 deaths.

The Israel Defense Forces announced overnight an airstrike on Palestinian militants in Jenin, located on the western bank of the Jordan River. The area is divided into three zones: one is entirely controlled by the Palestinian Authority, the second is under the civil control of the Palestinian Authority but has Israeli military presence, and the third is completely managed by Israel.
