Almost Half of the Bodies of Those Killed After Attacks in Israel Have Yet to Be Identified
On October 7, during Hamas' attack on Israel, nearly half of the bodies of those killed, including children, have yet to be identified. This information was stated in a statement published on the World Health Organization's website. The information is reported by RIA Novosti.
“Doctors and forensic experts are still working on the identification of the bodies. All of them are wrapped in plastic bags. It is evident that there are adult and child bodies here, but the overwhelming majority of the bags are deformed. Despite the fact that some of the world's best forensic physicians are working in Israel, currently only 700 out of the 1400 victims have been positively identified,” quoted Michel Thierry, a WHO representative in Israel.
