Why No Representative is Appointed in CSTO: 'Hraparak'

One month ago, on September 5, by the decree of President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Viktor Biagov was recalled from his position as Armenia's permanent and plenipotentiary representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and was appointed as Armenia's extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands and permanent representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. This was reported by the newspaper 'Hraparak'.

His residence is in The Hague. During this period, Nikol Pashinyan announced his desire to exit the CSTO, and it has been already one month that Armenia has not appointed a representative in the CSTO, deepening those suspicions.

In response to the media's inquiry regarding whether a representative has been appointed to the CSTO, the Foreign Ministry stated,
