Borrell Meets with Zelensky and Kuleba in Kyiv

The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, arrived in Kyiv on Sunday after an unannounced visit to Odessa the day before, where he met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.

According to RIA Novosti, Borrell stated, “It is an honor for me to be present in Kyiv at the ceremony honoring the memory of fallen soldiers with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Minister Dmytro Kuleba.”
