Levon Mnatsakanyan Arrested and Transferred to Azerbaijani State Security Isolation Cell

Former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan has been charged in Baku and subsequently placed in custody. Following the court's decision, he was transferred to the isolation facility of the State Security Service.
According to the prosecutor's office of the opposing country, an international wanted notice for Levon Mnatsakanyan had been issued through Interpol's National Central Bureau since 2006.
He faces allegations of purportedly having “tortured Azerbaijani soldiers in captivity” in 2002.
Earlier, the Azerbaijani State Security Service confirmed the news of Levon Mnatsakanyan's arrest.
