«I Know That I Will Be Demanded, Armenia May Try to Hand Me Over»: Movses Hakobyan

The former Chief of General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, former Chief Military Inspector, General-Major Movses Hakobyan stated in an interview with 168.am that there is no doubt that Azerbaijan will demand him next.

"I have no concerns, but I know that I will also be demanded. It is possible that Armenia will try to hand me over, but it will not succeed," Movses Hakobyan briefly stated.

In response to a question about why the Armenian side has not compiled a blacklist of the Azerbaijani forces, which committed numerous terrorist acts against peaceful residents in Artsakh in the 90s, including during the April 2016 and 44-day wars, as well as during the combat operations against Jermuk and the attacks on September 19, Movses Hakobyan replied:

"I have a list worth 70 million, so what? It's on the table, and then what? One thing that they think about, they must be able to implement it, meaning that there are people to implement it and there are opportunities needed."
