Ararat Mirzoyan and India's Foreign Minister Discuss Security and Stability Issues in New York

On September 24, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with India's Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in New York. Discussions focused on security and stability issues in the South Caucasus.

Mirzoyan emphasized that Azerbaijan's ongoing aggression, including the large-scale military attack on the people of Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19, which was preceded by a nine-month blockade of the Lachin corridor and a complete blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, highlighted the importance of concrete actions from international partners.

The necessity of restraining actions aimed at destabilizing the region was underscored. The meeting also addressed the bilateral agenda between Armenia and India.
