“It is Now the Turn of the US: What Measures Will Be Taken to Stop the Aggression and Military Assault?” - Marukyan

Azerbaijan is committing yet another military crime by killing peaceful and defenseless people. This was written by Armenia's Special Presidential Envoy Edmon Marukyan on Twitter, addressing Azerbaijan's military aggression in Artsakh.

Marukyan recalled that just days ago, Yuri Kim, the Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Eurasian Affairs, stated in a U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee that the United States would not tolerate any attempts at ethnic cleansing of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh.

“Now Azerbaijan has launched widespread aggression and military action against the peaceful population of Nagorno-Karabakh. Now it is the turn of the US: what measures will be taken to stop the aggression and military assault against people caught in a trap and starving to death? Naturally, Azerbaijan is committing yet another military crime by killing peaceful and defenseless people, in addition to ethnic cleansing. All of this must be condemned and stopped, along with all its consequences,” Marukyan wrote, calling on US President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Blinken, French President Emmanuel Macron, EU Council President Charles Michel, and other officials.
