Azerbaijani Soldier Dies: Cause Revealed

An Azerbaijani soldier has died, according to reports from Azerbaijani media. According to an official statement, the death occurred as a result of careless handling of a weapon.

Earlier, it was reported that three soldiers of the Azerbaijani army had died as a result of a traffic accident in a mountainous area. According to Azerbaijani media, the relevant statement was issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.

"On September 13, soldiers Aliyev Taleh Saleh oglu, Hasanov Elguin Elshad oglu, and Namazov Nihad Kamreddin oglu were killed in a military vehicle accident in a difficult mountainous terrain," the statement from Azerbaijan's defense agency said.
