Former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has sent a congratulatory message to the newly elected President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan.

The congratulatory message states, "Dear Mr. Shahramanyan, I congratulate you on assuming the office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. Mr. President, I am confident that with the help of your team and the support of our sisters and brothers from Artsakh, you will save Artsakh from destruction with the assistance of the majority of the Armenian people.
