Military Exercises Only Complicate the Situation, Says Iranian President to Nikol Pashinyan
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi stated during a phone call with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that any changes in the region and its borders represent red lines for Iran. This was reported by Iran's deputy president Mohammd Jamshidi on his social media microblog, providing details of the Raisi-Pashinyan conversation.
Raisi emphasized that any communication outside the "3+3" format, cooperation with foreigners, conducting military exercises with them, and dubious travels only complicate the situation.
At the same time, it was noted that Iran is ready to assist Armenia and Azerbaijan in resolving existing issues.
