Artsakh Republic Has a New President

Samvel Shahramanyan has been elected as the President of the Artsakh Republic. In the secret ballot, 23 deputies participated, of which 22 voted in favor, while 1 voted against, and no ballots were declared invalid.

As a result of the voting, the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh has decided to elect Samvel Sergey Shahramanyan as its president. Today, on September 9, the extraordinary session of the National Assembly commenced at 11:00 AM to address the presidential election.
