The Armenian Foreign Ministry has expressed condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the devastating earthquake in Morocco, wishing a swift recovery to the injured.

“We are shocked by the devastating earthquake that struck the southern region of Morocco, claiming numerous lives. Our deepest condolences to the families of the victims, and we wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” the Armenian Foreign Ministry stated on its official X page.

Earlier, it was reported that the death toll from the catastrophic earthquake in Morocco had surpassed 1,037.
