Eyewitnesses are sharing footage of the consequences of the severe weather, showcasing streets transformed into rivers and waves of mud. Currently, in some areas of Achinsk, backyards and streets resemble swamps due to the flooding.

According to local residents, the city’s drainage and sewer systems are unable to cope with the adverse weather conditions.
