Turkey's Emergency Management Agency Warns Ankara Residents of Flood Risk

The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority of Turkey (AFAD) has warned residents of Ankara about the risk of flooding. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
It was noted that short messages were sent to the city's residents with the following content: "According to the Meteorological Authority, heavy rainfall is expected in Ankara; it is necessary to be cautious regarding negative phenomena such as floods, flash floods, lightning strikes, and disruptions in transportation services." The meteorologists predict that heavy rainfalls are expected in the second half of the day in Ankara.
