Aliyev Uses Lachin Blockade to Terrorize and Target Artsakh Armenians: Pallone

US Congressman Frank Pallone stated on his X (formerly Twitter) microblog that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is utilizing the blockade of the Lachin corridor to terrorize and target the Armenians of Artsakh.

“The deadly attacks carried out by Azerbaijani forces and the brutal treatment of innocent Armenian students at the beginning of this week are further evidence that Aliyev is using the Lachin blockade to terrorize and target the Armenians of Artsakh. Aliyev is intensifying his campaign of ethnic cleansing against Armenians,” wrote the Congressman.
