In Poland, Filming and Photographing Without Permission Will No Longer Be Allowed
Julya
The Polish Sejm has adopted an amendment to the "Defense of the Homeland" law, which stipulates that as of now, filming and photographing certain objects will not be permitted without prior approval. This was reported by INN Poland.
Polish media outlets note that if one strictly adheres to the letter of the law, then "half the country" falls under this prohibition. Specifically, you could face penalties for taking selfies on the beach (where special military radars are often located), on bridges, or at airports, which are regarded as critical infrastructure.
It is mentioned that the new law restores some provisions aimed at combating spying, which were invalidated as far back as 1999.
