Harutyunyan assured the people of Artsakh that the young individuals kidnapped from the illegal checkpoint will return to Artsakh in the coming days.

Addressing the humanitarian crisis in Artsakh, he noted that the issue will be resolved only through the Lachin corridor: “There is no other road.”
