VIDEO: Another Provocation - Azerbaijan Sends Flour to Stepanakert via Aghdam

Another provocation by Azerbaijan: Azerbaijani media report that Azerbaijan is preparing to send humanitarian aid to the people of Artsakh. The head of Azerbaijan's Red Crescent Society, Novruz Aslan, has announced that 40 tons of flour will be sent in the initial phase.

"We hope that this step will be positively received by the Armenians living in Stepanakert and by the international community," he stated.

According to the Azerbaijani side, the administration promises to supply other necessary products in the future if, according to them, their step is appreciated.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan is sending the aid through the Aghdam route.
