Baku Responds to French Foreign Minister's Statements on Azerbaijan's Actions Being Unethical

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry considers the statements of French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna unacceptable, asserting that they do not contribute to stability in the region.

A spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Aykhan Hajizadeh, countered the head of French diplomacy by claiming that Baku is making efforts to integrate the Armenians of Karabakh, stating that it is absolutely incorrect to obstruct these efforts and declare that there is a policy of expelling Armenian residents from the region.

"We once again urge the French side to put an end to such destructive and provocative statements," said the official representative of Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry.

It is worth noting that Minister Colonna specifically stated that Baku is implementing a strategy of suffocation against the Armenians of Artsakh in order to force them to emigrate en masse, characterizing these actions of the Azerbaijani authorities as unethical.
