First Data from the Moon: Discoveries by Indian Apparatus
The Indian spacecraft has transmitted its first data from the Moon, indicating that the soil is warm. This was reported by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
“We all thought that the temperature on the surface might range from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius, but it is 70 degrees. This is remarkably higher than we expected,” said ISRO staff member Bea Darukesh.
