During the blockade of Artsakh, the Ministry of Social Development and Migration has provided assistance in the form of food and hygiene supplies to more than 50,000 individuals from various social groups. This was reported by Artsakh's State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan on his Facebook page.
“In the last few weeks alone, assistance has been provided to over 2,500 families in Stepanakert, and in the coming days, the remaining 4,500 requests will be completed. Around 700 pregnant women will receive food and hygiene supplies, and the process for accepting new applications will start on August 22, 2023. Efforts are being made in the districts to direct flour distribution to rural community residents to meet the needs of urban community residents for bread,” he wrote.
