We Will Not Participate in Yerevan City Council Elections, Either Directly or Indirectly: Arthur Vanetsyan

The president of the "Homeland" party, Arthur Vanetsyan, has addressed political developments and the issue of participation in Yerevan City Council elections.

"I am not stepping out of politics, and I cannot afford such 'luxury.' Our homeland, including Artsakh, is going through such a difficult period that no reasonable and responsible person can remain indifferent and decide to disengage from politics. I am in politics and will remain until I accomplish the tasks set before me. I do not wish to elaborate; I have spoken a lot about this," he said in an interview with Aysor.am.

Regarding the Yerevan City Council elections, Vanetsyan stated: "I and the ‘Homeland’ party will not participate in the Yerevan City Council elections, either directly or indirectly; I mean supporting or helping anyone."
