UN Security Council Discusses Humanitarian Crisis in Artsakh
The UN Security Council meeting has commenced in New York, during which the humanitarian crisis arising from Azerbaijan's ongoing blockade in Nagorno-Karabakh and the resulting situation are being discussed.

Brazil's Representative at the UN: "The document of November 9, 2020, is a roadmap for building peace."
Japan's Representative at the UN: "We reaffirm that the rule of law must be established, and this is our enduring position. Every state is obligated to adhere to international legal norms, including the UN Charter and international humanitarian law standards."
