Movement of Russian Peacekeepers and Their Personnel Not Discussed with Artsakh Authorities: Lusine Avanesyan

On August 14, the 'Baghramyan 26' Telegram channel reported that 'the Russian peacekeepers have secretly arranged with the Azerbaijanis to transfer about 10 civilian employees of the Russian base to Armenia through the Lachin corridor.'

To clarify this information, the Artsakhpress news agency requested a comment from Artsakh Republic President's Press Secretary Lusine Avanesyan, who responded by stating that the movements of Russian peacekeepers and their personnel are generally not discussed with the Artsakh authorities, including through the Lachin corridor.
