Nudists in Europe Protest Against Clothed Tourists

The Catalonia Nudist Federation has lodged a complaint with local authorities about clothed tourists who disturb nudists on the beaches. This was reported by The Guardian.

56-year-old nudist Segimon Rovira stated that due to the abundance of travelers across Europe, more and more people are appearing on nudist beaches in Catalonia, soaking up the sun in swimsuits and disrupting those relaxing in the nude. They stare at the nudists, laugh at them, and take photos for social media, leading some to feel compelled to refrain from visiting the beaches naked.

Outraged nudists have launched a campaign to support this long-standing tradition. According to the publication, they have asked the Catalonia government to address the "discrimination faced by nudists." They suggested installing additional signage at nudist areas and raising public awareness, but have yet to receive a response from the authorities.
