Among the 18 bodies found in Shovi, there are several minors, announced Georgia's Minister of Defense Juansher Burchuladze, as reported by Sputnik Georgia.

It has been noted that the search continues for another 18 missing persons, including 7 children. The rescue operation in Shovi involves 400 rescuers and 200 military personnel. In addition, border police helicopters and specialized equipment have been deployed.

Recall that on August 3, a landslide occurred in Georgia's Shovi resort area. Bridges were destroyed, and the access road to Shovi was damaged.
