PHOTO: People in Artsakh Lose Consciousness Daily Due to Malnutrition, Marukyan
The Armenian special envoy Edmon Marukyan has published a photo on his Twitter microblog, depicting an elderly man whose health has deteriorated.
“Every day in Nagorno-Karabakh, people lose consciousness due to malnutrition. The Azerbaijani leadership bears direct responsibility for this, and the international community shares this responsibility by doing nothing to save people's lives,” Marukyan wrote alongside the post.
