Azerbaijan's Entry Through Agdam Can Only Be Accepted for Regaining Vagif Khachatryan

"The entry through Agdam by the Red Cross can only be accepted in one case: for the return of Vagif Khachatryan," announced Tigran Petrosyan, head of the anti-crisis council to the President of Artsakh.

In his Facebook post, Petrosyan stated: "In all other cases, this would be another step toward forced integration..."

It is noteworthy that since December, Baku has closed the Lachin corridor and is offering humanitarian aid to the people of Artsakh through Agdam, while simultaneously declaring that "the Armenian side categorically rejects this proposal."
