The Entire Territory of Armenia is Presented with Azerbaijani Names in Azerbaijan: Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Azerbaijani state television has showcased a 35-minute 'film' in which the entire sovereign territory of Armenia is depicted as Azerbaijani land. This was reported by Ani Badalyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on her Twitter account.

“As it appears, Armenia is ‘vanishing’ from the map. This is nothing more than blatant propaganda and an overt threat to the sovereignty of our neighbor. The regions of Armenia, the capital city Yerevan, and Lake Sevan are shown with Azerbaijani place names. This is not the first instance. Through false designations, Azerbaijan continually feeds its public with anti-Armenian sentiments. As a condemnable and unacceptable behavior for the region, it must be firmly rejected by everyone in its entirety,” she wrote.
