US Reports on Construction of Iranian Shahid Drone Manufacturing Facility in Russia

US authorities have reported that a manufacturing facility for Iran's Shahed drones is under construction in the Russian Federation. This was announced by John Kirby, the Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council.

According to the American official, a factory for Iranian-type unmanned aerial vehicles is being built in the Republic of Tatarstan. The US administration anticipates that it may start operating as early as 2024, as construction is underway at a very active pace.
