Azerbaijani Positions Fired at Civilian Individuals: Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs

Azerbaijani positions have fired at civilian individuals. The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that on August 4, the Askeran regional division of the police received a report stating that around 15:00, from the Azerbaijani military positions adjacent to the 'Dravun Spring' area in the administrative territory of the inner Sznak village, shots were fired in the direction of a 40-year-old resident of the Khnapat community, K. M., who was harvesting wheat in the field using a combine harvester.

Fortunately, there were no casualties. Agricultural activities have been suspended due to violations of the ceasefire regime. The report has been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
