Defense Ministry UAZ Collides with Horse, 10-Year-Old Child Injured

Today, on August 3, an emergency incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region, reports Shamshyan.com. At approximately 11:00 AM, a UAZ vehicle registered under the Ministry of Defense of Armenia collided with a horse in the administrative area of Vardenis along the Martuni-Vardenis highway.

According to the news outlet, as a result of the collision, the rider, 10-year-old Zhora M. from the Gegharkunik region, fell from the horse and sustained bodily injuries. He was transported to the Vardenis Medical Center by ambulance.

The police and investigative division are working to identify the driver.
