Peskov Comments on Drone Attacks on Moscow

The drone attack on Moscow that took place on Sunday, July 30, confirms the essence of the 'Kyiv regime.' This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, as reported by TASS.

The press secretary of the Russian President noted that he has no information on which specific drones attacked the capital on Sunday. He referred to the attempts of terrorist acts by Kyiv and the strikes from the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilian objects in Russia as 'desperate actions in the face of failures on the front.'

'These terrorist attacks are targeting civilians and have certain social goals. This is disgusting, and we will continue to fight against it. Of course, the Kyiv regime has nothing significant to say about its so-called successes,' Peskov stated.

On July 30, Ukrainian drones attacked two towers of the Moscow City skyscraper complex. As a result, the facades of two office towers in the business center were damaged, but there were no casualties.

The Russian Ministry of Defense called the incident a terrorist act. They clarified that one drone was destroyed with air defense (AD) means in the sky over the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. Two more drones were suppressed by electronic warfare means, after which they lost control and crashed within the Moscow City complex.
