In the city of Electrostal, Moscow region, migrants have removed the scalp of a Russian boy 'over hair'. According to the video, the boy's 'removed hair' was green.

A group of migrants near the 'Кристалл' swimming pool in Electrostal 'shaved' the head of a young Russian (Yuri M.) with a knife, simultaneously detaching the skin. After this horrific 'operation', the migrants left the boy near a nearby shopping center and fled the scene.

Eyewitnesses provided first aid to the victim and called an ambulance. According to the Readoka Telegram channel, Yuri underwent surgery. Meanwhile, the situation is gaining publicity on social media as local residents actively search for the self-proclaimed vigilantes.

Earlier, Russian police had already detained a 24-year-old resident of the Komi Republic in connection with the case. Irina Volk, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, stated that the second suspect in the brutal attack on the boy was arrested in the city of Obninsk, Kaluga region.
