After Murder, Bag with Nearly $100,000 and Gold Jewelry Disappears from 42-Year-Old Woman’s Car

Details have emerged regarding the murder of 42-year-old Nvard Nalchajyan, sister of renowned actor Tigran Nalchajyan, as her brother provided insights to Aravot.am. “He has fully confessed to his actions; he even took my sister’s car right from their home yard, where he spent two pleasant days with his friends. This is an evident murder. I have even found out that last year, in Parakar, he stabbed two people—a father and son—yet the issue was resolved internally in the village to avoid legal action, and they did not file a complaint,” Tigran Nalchajyan recounted.

He mentioned that his sister likely met this young man online. “My sister was a huge sports enthusiast; her recent social circle was all about fitness and sports. She actively trained and was into martial arts, so they probably connected through those interests online. My sister was a well-earning girl, making a good salary at a reputable firm; she also worked with international clients as an import manager, receiving many orders. She earned a significant amount of money and made a big mistake by keeping a lot of cash on hand. Living alone, she had a huge fear of someone breaking in and stealing her money; she was saving up to buy a new house. Whenever she went out, she kept the cash in her car in a bag. We are talking about $50,000 to $100,000. Now that is gone, along with her phone, which this young man had sold. We have informed the authorities about that as well. Of course, it’s hard to prove, but my sister's passport is also missing. We are confident it’s all connected to them. I believe the main motive for the crime was that money, as well as some gold jewelry that has also disappeared. There isn’t even a dime left at her house for show,” he added.
