VIDEO: "Everywhere there are sediments and potholes" - Asphalt peeling off by hand in Yerevan
Construction worker Arthur Chakhoyan filmed the intersection of Muratsan and Erebuni streets in Yerevan, where new asphalt has been laid but significant potholes and sediment have emerged. He walks along the street, manually peeling off the asphalt and showing how it crumbles.
“This is a newly asphalted street and you can see the condition it’s in. I’m convinced that the Yerevan municipality is definitely not to blame here. Maybe the previous authorities are at fault, but not the Yerevan municipality. This scene continues in other sections of the asphalted street. And this is a newly renovated street, where new buses are operating. Later, when the buses break down, they will wonder why they failed so quickly. Everywhere there are sediments and potholes. What is the Yerevan municipality doing? Where are the technical inspectors?”
