Russian President Vladimir Putin approached a crowd for the first time in three years after an unexpectedly held meeting on tourism in Derbent. This is reported by Russian Telegram channels.
It is noted that for the first time since March 2020, the Russian leader did not maintain social distance. The last time Putin interacted with random people was in March 2020 in Ivanovo. After that, the pandemic began, and the head of state did not allow himself such interactions anymore.
