VIDEO: How the Quran Was Burned in Sweden on the Day of Eid al-Adha
In Sweden, at a mosque in Stockholm, the police allowed the burning of the Quran to coincide with the start of Eid al-Adha. The Stockholm police have also called for reinforcements in case of unrest.
It has been reported that the police have stated in a written decision that there are no security risks, which means that everything is legal.
Despite the fact that the Appeals Court has prohibited such actions in the country, people are nevertheless preparing to repeat the radical act of Rasmus Paludan, who burned the Quran six months ago in front of the Turkish embassy.
