VIDEO: The Government Honors the Memory of MP Vigen Khachatryan with a Minute of Silence
Government members honored the memory of Vigen Khachatryan, an MP from the 'Civil Contract' faction, with a minute of silence.
It should be noted that Vigen Khachatryan passed away unexpectedly yesterday.
The Prime Minister recalled Khachatryan's biography and stated that he contributed to the establishment of the Republic of Armenia's statehood.
