Reports and videos circulating online indicate that Azerbaijan has removed the concrete barriers at the Hakari Bridge. This information is reported by Infoteka 24.

According to Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, a visit from doctors of the International Committee of the Red Cross from Stepanakert to Armenia is expected in the near future.

It is worth recalling that the Azerbaijani side has engaged in yet another provocation and criminal act by blocking the only road from Artsakh to Armenia (the Lachin corridor) with a concrete barrier.
