VIDEO: Bread is Baked at Night in Artsakh to Save Energy

If the roads are open, the flour comes in, and we make bread accordingly. Sometimes we make a little, sometimes a lot, and if there's not enough, we adjust and make do. This was stated by a local resident to artsakhpress.am.

“The state is supplying our flour normally. Until now, we haven't felt any shortage of flour. I can't say what it's going to be like later,” said the director of 'Norair Avagyan' LLC.

When asked how many days' worth of flour they receive, the director noted, “We submit a request for three days' worth of flour based on the village's support system. Once that runs out, we submit another request for three more days.”
