VIDEO: Military Academy Graduate Gifts Putin a 'Lucky Hand' Watch

Military Academy graduate, Lieutenant Colonel Ilya Melnikov, presented a 'lucky hand' watch to Russian President Vladimir Putin. On Wednesday, the leader met with graduates of military educational institutions at the Kremlin and engaged in conversation with them.

One of the graduates recited a poem to the president and then made a request: “Allow me to present you with a gift; this is an aviation watch with a stopwatch,” he stated.
