Video: At Least 78 Immigrants Dead Following Shipwreck in Greece
At least 78 people have died following the sinking of a ship near the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece. This was reported by Greece’s public ERT television.
“At least 78 bodies have been recovered from the Ionian Sea, 47 nautical miles southwest of Pylos, after a fishing boat carrying illegal migrants capsized,” the report states.
It has been reported that 104 people were rescued.
