Berlusconi Hospitalized Again

Former Italian Prime Minister and leader of the "Forza Italia" party, Silvio Berlusconi, who is suffering from leukemia, has returned to the San Raffaele clinic in Milan, according to Ansa. He had just been discharged from this hospital on May 19 after treatment for pneumonia.

"Silvio Berlusconi is now hospitalized at the San Raffaele clinic, where he will undergo medical examinations as part of his treatment course," said the politician's doctors Alberto Zangrillo and Fabio Ciceri.

The doctors emphasized that the hospitalization is "not due to a deterioration of his condition or concerns from the doctors." Previously, Berlusconi spent about a month and a half at the San Raffaele clinic.

The Forza Italia party is part of the ruling coalition currently in power in the country.
