Photos: Wedding in Blockaded Artsakh Amid Power Cut Hours
The photographer of Artsakh's information headquarters, Davit Ghahramanyan, has published photos and written: “Wedding in blockaded Artsakh: Hour of electrical power cuts.”
It is noteworthy that since December 12, 2022, a group of civilians dressed in civilian clothes had blocked the Stepanakert-Goris highway connecting Artsakh to Armenia at the Shushi-Karin Tak intersection, citing environmental reasons. They departed on May 28.
On April 23, Azerbaijan established a checkpoint on the Lachin road, taking full control of it.
