Every Case Needs Investigation: Judicial Process Must Begin, Says Artsakh Minister

Today, a regular meeting of the board of trustees of the Artsakh Investment Fund took place, during which issues related to the filing of civil lawsuits in court concerning overdue credit obligations of more than 30 individuals and legal entities were discussed. These measures aim to ensure compliance with significant obligations.

Artsakh Minister Gurgen Nersisyan shared this information on his Facebook page, stating, “Each case has been subjected to individual investigation and analysis, resulting in a unanimous conclusion by the members of the board of trustees that it is necessary to commence judicial proceedings.”

The subject of the lawsuit to be presented in court exceeds 30.0 billion dram, which is also secured by both real estate and movable property collateral.
