After the trilateral meeting of Pashinyan-Putin-Aliyev, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Alexei Overchuk, addressed the unresolved technical issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan, clarifying that it concerns the procedures for crossing the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia and how border and customs control will be implemented.

According to him, these are technical yet very important details, and these will be discussed by the deputy prime ministers at their upcoming meeting in a week. “The leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia will decide after the deputy prime ministers’ negotiations whether a new meeting is necessary,” he stated.

It should be noted that yesterday a trilateral meeting of Pashinyan, Putin, and Aliyev was held in Moscow. As reported by the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, “issues related to the unblocking of regional transport and economic infrastructures were discussed.
